And I'll tell you the biggest concern I have. For the first time in modern American history, the economic prospects of young Americans are worse than their parents or grandparents. That is failure. This summer we saw how the recent college graduate unemployment rate exceeded the national average. And forecasts for next year are worse, not better. We have to recognize that the economy is changing, that demands for the workforce are shifting and how do we set conditions so that the workforce of today and tomorrow can be successful?
