The other thing that's a part of that bill, You have to get a consumptive use permit from our water management districts...to make sure that they contain water usage. districts who are expressly tasked with protecting Florida's aquifers in order for a data center to be constructed to make sure that they contain water usage, to protect Florida's fresh water resources into the future.
