And on top of that, we're also studying the insurance regulatory framework in Florida. I used to chair the Insurance and Banking Subcommittee when I was in the state House. But We are going to make major reforms to our regulatory system. They haven't been updated in 30 years. all with the purpose of decreasing property and casualty insurance rates in our state. We think we can get upwards of 20% decreases. But there's more to be done when it comes to affordability in Florida. (03:28–03:33)
