I'll take the second one first. With respect to property taxes, some of the revenue shortfall estimates that are out there. I mean, let me talk to Revenue Estimating. The Revenue Estimating Conference has been estimating revenue in our state for 30 years. They're often wrong. And we've seen it in the legislature time and time again. When I was there, we were told that there was going to be a revenue shortfall of about three and a half billion dollars. (01:16–01:24)
