Like I said we're doing very very well as a state but even when you're doing well there's still things that need to be fine tuned, managed, updated, modernized, etc. But focus on insurance. The governor and the legislature when they brought in tort reform years ago that was the right reforms to begin to stabilize our insurance and they are it is stabilizing today. And that great thing I've been hearing as I've crossed the state some people are starting to see premium property and cash insurance. (07:24–07:36)
