We're getting more carriers in the state. Citizens population is down to its lowest level since it was created. Think about that. That's what's happening. But on the regulatory side, In Florida's insurance market, we have changes and reforms that need to be made. When we created the Florida Catastrophe Fund, it was after Hurricane Andrew. There has not been any meaningful reforms since that time. So it's time to go back in there and look at it. (21:10–21:15)
