That's common sense stuff. I commend President Trump and Vice President V. Leadership in trying to root out fraud all across the United States. Every year, Congress is given a report by the Government Accountability Office that demonstrates that at a minimum, $200 billion every single year goes into what are called misallocated payments. And so I believe local jurisdictions have a responsibility that if you're going to get taxpayer dollars, then your books need to be open and subject to audit by the federal government. (05:03–05:16)
