Sadly, in my state of Utah we saw this with Charlie Kirk's murder. College students have a clear rights have clear rights on campuses. Public universities should uphold the First Amendment and private universities should abide by their own stated free speech policies. In addition, public universities must protect students other First Amendments Amendment freedoms, including freedom of assembly, assembly, the freedom from religious persecution.
