The last time was about two months ago. I learned a couple of things I did not know at that time. First of all, There are now more non-Mexicans coming across that border than there are Mexicans. Secondly, the street price of fentanyl, according to the Border Patrol agents, has plummeted, which is simple economics. There's so much supply out there now. (09:54–10:00)
