So, you know, in that way it was kind of encouraging it, but we could see what was going on. I was in the Georgia State legislature then, and I sponsored legislation, the prescription drug monitoring program, that would give us an opportunity to have a program where pharmacists could go and look and see if patients were abusing medications. And if I filled a controlled substance, I had to log onto that and it entered into that and we had some strong safeguards against abusing it. And those work well. (24:14–24:26)
