And so instead of a race to the least common denominator for the most subsidies, let's have a race for the biggest benefit to the communities from these types of investments. We will come out ahead if our local leaders are using this as a baseline for their negotiations. And I think that's what really sets us up for a big opportunity in Wisconsin.
