No, it's really frustrating that it did not pass. What it does is it puts the American people in a position where we continue to operate in the Wild West. It's totally true that The SEC and the CFTC are moving forward quickly on really good structural rules that make sure that consumers are protected and the United States is in a position to out compete the rest of the globe, in particular China. The downside of rules rather than legislation, of course, is that the administration were to ever flip.
