It's frustrating to me, and I think it's frustrating to so many Americans. I think it's exactly correct. The president needs to be firm in the negotiations with the Senate to get this across the line. The Save America act is currently drafted is incredibly common sense. It's saying you need to show photo identification when you go to vote and you need to be a US Citizen when you do go and vote. The President spoke moments ago here in Florida about building on that, about adding in and making sure that, for example, boys aren't playing girls sports. (05:07–05:17)
