And we could look back to last Congress. When the first version of market structure then labeled fit 21 came to House floor, Roughly 70 Democrats voted in favor of it. That's approaching 50% of the Democratic body with the overwhelming or near universal support on the Republican side. And so we're drafting this bill to get it right. It shouldn't inherently be partisan in nature. And if we do this right, I think we have a huge opportunity to have a really big House vote. (06:32–06:45)
