The Department of Labor Last month issued their interim final rule to change the methodology to establish the adverse effect wage rate for H2A program delivering much needed relief to many of you across this great country. This change will save our farmers over $2 billion in labor costs alone every single year. $2 billion alone. My other colleague, Secretary Kristi Noem over at the Department of Homeland Security recently issued a final rule that allows you to file H2A applications with labor and with Homeland Security concurrently.
