The first time I walked through about a year ago, I was stunned. It has been here for 50 or 60 years. At one point, it was the largest office building in the world. I think almost 7,000 offices in this building. But it is pretty much sitting empty today while it's draining all of those resources. But yes, Stephen, I'll let you answer specific questions.
