And if you are a progressive and you see how much people are struggling right now, you should love the idea of deregulating the housing market. We need to reform land use laws for upzoning to allow higher density, reducing minimum lot sizes, deploying manufactured homes, enabling single room occupancy development wherever multifamily housing is allowed.
