The one hand, everything's more difficult, but on the other hand, this issue remains bipartisan. One little bright spot. Tim Scott, the Republican senator from South Carolina, he's the chairman of the Housing and Banking Committee, and the top Democrat is Elizabeth Warren. They actually did a bipartisan bill out of the Banking Committee, a Housing and Banking Committee, and I think it was unanimous out of that committee. That does a bunch of very important things, gets rid of stupid rules, provides subsidies where appropriate, and also kind of unlocks private sector dollars for more housing. (06:27–06:45)
