So what I quite often do is I pass a lot of bills through committee, through the Transportation and Infrastructure Committee and sometimes over the House floor related to water. Ultimately, with the goal of rolling them into a larger piece of legislation like what I'm talking about right now, Worda, or the Water Resource Development Act. (07:15–07:24)
