They're Democrats are not interested in a bill in the House of Representatives that would not open the government but just make sure that these people that have been working get their paychecks. They're not interested in a bill that says, hey, you're a member of the military. Let's just make sure that the military gets paid in the name of national defense. (00:34–00:40)
