Members of the General assembly, we know who the hard working people are that have stuck around for this this afternoon on a Friday and many other folks that have worked on this legislation. As you all remember, I ran for governor on a promise to make government smaller, better and more efficient. And we've made great strides in that ongoing effort. And I'm thankful to many of the allies who are standing here with me today and many others throughout the state who have helped us with those initiatives. (03:37–03:43)
