And there's a lot of bad stuff that I see in this bill that I don't like. And I will add, Margaret, I've lived through government shutdowns as an FBI agent and it's horrific. Title III Wiretaps get shut down. Surveillance teams get shut down [during government shutdowns]. It has massive implications that most people don't realize. You never, ever want to shut the government down. It should. And it's a symptom of a broken system that we're even talking about. (03:16–03:21)
