It's a beautiful part of the city. The neighborhood is called Austin at one point. It still is today the largest concentration of black families in one neighborhood. At one point, Austin had as many as 100,000 people living in just this one city. It was the city within side the city. But because of poor management and disinvestment, we are closer to 80,000 families now. Beautiful homes, great parks. (45:40–45:46)
