People turn out in much larger numbers for the November elections because they're the candidates openly promise how they're going to rule on issues, and people see that as more important. I hope that people are starting to see that This April election is every bit as important because this branch of the government, the judicial branch, makes decisions that impact their lives. And I hope that they're going to pay attention to the issues, find out about the candidates and get out and make an informed vote for April 1st. (28:43–28:53)
