They created a new way of looking at our Wisconsin statute that permits these ballot drop boxes that can be put out. The legislature did not authorize that. This court decided they want them because it opens up opportunities for fraud. It opens up all sorts of opportunities for ballot harvesting which would be illegal in Wisconsin.” (03:00–03:11)
