So almost a million and a half fall off. Don't see why this race matters as much. But. But this race actually in some ways matters more because If the legislative branch goes outside or beyond their authority, someone can take them to the court and sue them, to restrain them, to put them back in their sandbox, so to speak. Same thing with the executive branch. There is a check on them and the two check each other because obviously no legislative act can become a law unless the governor signs it. (13:32–13:47)
