You know, as a prosecutor and as attorney general, I didn't make policy there either. I enforced the law the way other people created it. And As attorney general, I defended Wisconsin law. So as a circuit court judge the last six years, that transition was easy for me to take the bench and now just go to applying that law the way it's written. (03:51–03:55)
