It's also federal law that non citizens cannot vote in federal elections, but I would prefer an amendment to the state constitution, so it's actually enshrined that only American citizens would be voting in our elections. The reason I feel that way, first of all, it overwhelmingly has overwhelming support by all Georgians majorities in both political parties. They believe that only Americans will vote. (03:48–03:57)
