And I will say this. I mean, housing is something that, you know, we really need to tackle. And I really do believe that there is bipartisan attention on this. We did have a housing package within the most recent state legislative session in which we put, you know, over a quarter of a million dollars into some revolving loan programs. in order to start refreshing the housing stock.
