We are normalizing family separation. We are normalizing due process rights violations. We are normalizing the destruction of constitutional democracy, and we're not going to stand by and let it happen. This city, 8 million New Yorkers, 40% of them themselves, immigrants, themselves foreign born like those two officers. Fifty New Yorkers live in mixed status households, including 1 million children.
