One thing that I would do specifically is, is to convene universities at City Hall. There used to be a Department of Higher Education, but it hasn't met in decades. The mayor should be getting the heads of all the universities together, and not just the universities, the law firms and the nonprofits and saying, these are New York values. (18:55–19:00)
