The restrictions that the governor is proposing are much softer than that. And I don't know that they'll make that much difference in New York. Now There is in the budget a bill that would not allow law enforcement officers to wear masks in New York State. We'll see what happens if that passes. And ICE officers who don't identify themselves, who don't carry judicial warrants, generally continue to wear masks. So that I do support. (02:41–02:48)
