Two weeks ago, The U.S. attorney for the Southern District, Jake Carson, had to tell the judge, your Honor, the memo ICE gave me a year ago saying they have the authority to arrest people in the hallways of immigration courts. It did not apply to immigration courts, and yet they've been doing it for a year. using exactly some of this technology we know they've used Flock to track down folks who are seeking asylum.
