But 19 out of 20 people were at least moving forward in their cases toward their hearing on whether they have a credible fear of persecution if deported back to their country. Now, in most cases, the Department of Homeland Security is just moving to cancel people's cases, maybe to render them to a third country or just to cancel their asylum applications altogether. And of course, the ICE agents are out across the country in workplaces, in neighborhoods and streets, continuing to grab people, and there's still tens of thousands of people in ICE detention all across the country.
