So one thing I did as comptroller was issue the city's first social bonds. That's, you know, when the city borrows capital for building new affordable housing. So I want to pioneer [social bonds] in Washington to help cities do projects like the ones the Fifth Avenue Committee did. Like what's happening in Gowanus? And it worked.
