There have been those, and I know this is a politicized topic, who have said that the defense Secretary was derelict in his duty and therefore should resign. Do you share those sentiments? I don't think he should resign, but I think he's got a he and his team, and I think his team has some. Has to bear some of the accountability here. They've got to do a much better job of informing the public when something like this happens and informing the White House and others in the administration. (05:28–05:38)
