Senate Concurrent Resolution 33 is a critical step in delivering on the key policy mandate that voters gave Congress to secure the southern border and end the national crisis that is mass migration. I would much rather fund and regulate the Department of Homeland Security and Immigration Enforcement through regular appropriations.
