For years we've been hearing that the department needs to be focused with its defense dollars on the challenge of the Indo Pacific. But we've been anything but focused on China. We've seen major operations this year in our southern hemisphere. And of course this budget drops as the President has taken our nation to in Iran, which has not yet been authorized by Congress.
