We see the prologue to that already. The city council of Lubbock, Texas, for example, passed an ordinance that forbids pregnant women from driving on their roads if they seek to leave the state to go to another, like New Mexico, where abortion is safe and legal. On a positive note, the council in Amarillo, a little bit higher up in the Panhandle, considered the same issue. (15:47–15:54)
