You know, part of it is, you know, if you are going to win and if you're going to win as a Democrat in Texas, this is the most voter suppressed state in the union. It's harder to cast a ballot, it is harder to register to vote in this state than it is in any of the other 49 in the union. If you're going to win against this kind of entrenched power, this tilted playing field, this rigged system, you have got to work 10 times harder than the other side. (36:17–36:25)
