You know, I keep fighting for it. I've been a member of the Republican Study Committee since I got into Congress. And I was. I've been a member of the Budget Committee. I'm currently chair of the Budget Committee for the RRC and putting together a budget that will get us to a balanced budget. Now the question is, can you get 218 votes in Congress?
