It's not sustainable. If people are really concerned and interested in carrying programs like Social Security or Medicare, those programs are going to take an automatic hit. If we do not get our spending under control, it won't be a congressional vote. It will automatically happen. So in order to save those programs, we have to make sure that we're being very fiscally responsible. These tax cuts, all of them are going to have costs associated with them. (07:08–07:14)
