Well, I know, I think I speak for most from honors and most Americans who have a sense of pride that they know that their support is keeping some of the poorest children in the world alive. We have, over the years, gone a long way to help people abroad in Africa and elsewhere deal with HIV and other epidemics. What are we as a country? I mean, do we take pride in saying that somebody can, for $5 million, buy citizenship, and then we cut back the kind of aid that we give to the most desperate people in the world? (1:36:29–1:36:40)
