We are moving in the wrong direction because despite spending twice as much per capita as other countries do on health care, we remain the only major nation on earth not to guarantee health care to all as a human right. The insurance companies and the drug companies, they make huge profits while 85 million Americans are uninsured or underinsured. Now is the time to turn our country around. Now is the time to end status quo politics and establishment policies which tinker around the edges. (01:58–02:08)
