But I want to just back up a little bit to discuss how we got to where we are, because I'm not sure everybody knows this. What Alexandria was just saying is in the House majority rules, they pass the budget. In the Senate, [passing the budget] needs 60 votes. Okay. That's been going on for a very long time.
