Unfortunately, several years have come and gone since this letter has come out and there has been no pause and there has been no action of significance on the part of Congress. And that is why I will be introducing legislation tomorrow to ban the development of new AI data centers. A moratorium will give us the chance to figure out how to make sure that AI benefits the working families of this country, not just a handful of billionaires who want more and more wealth and more and more power.
