But one of the things that we've done in Ohio is have a lot of competition, so a lot of robust competition in the marketplace. And Mr. Gordon, to start with you, what role does that play? Because What I see in Ohio is dramatically lower auto insurance rates, dramatically lower house homeowners insurance rates.
