You're not dependent on anybody else for what you're capable of doing. If you want to make whatever you're going to make, you just work a little bit harder. So We created a sales center, and I'm really proud that we've graduated a lot of students. And the idea was to make Cleveland State kind of like a hub for sales excellence, to teach people the science of sales. (08:15–08:20)
