Capital will follow the places that have safety and security and predictability and stable governments. That's just obvious. That's why America's flourished. That's why we're almost a quarter of the world's gdp. So what's the lesson? Nothing can happen here unless you have safety and security. You have to get rid of corruption and you have to have stable, consistent, predictable governments. And that's the charge that any government should do. And that's the role of government.
