The governor put forward a budget, he calls it the year of the kid. And he put forward basically the most pro-kid budget agenda that the state has ever seen. It has hundreds of millions of dollars to support childcare so that families who are trying to figure out how to make sure their kids are safe when they're, when their parents go to work that they'll have that support.
